MY STORY
I was born in Buffalo, NY, but I have spent the last decade living in Ohio. My family moved around a bit, but when they moved to Athens, OH I fell in love with the beautiful forests around the city and stayed there for my undergrad. I graduated with an Associate's in Arts and Humanities, and then a B.S.S. in Arts Management. It was there, in my Italian class, where I met Marco and our love story began.

I started writing in middle school, entering short story competitions in my homeschool group, where my parents and other important adults saw my potential. I began writing a book at 16, which took me five years to complete. I decided to go to school for theater, switching tracks halfway through to arts management. I would love to work for a children's theatre someday.

After 5 years of writing, I completed my first novel, Alida, in 2015. A short story collection and a stage retelling of Alice in Wonderland came next. I'm currently working on my next novel while pursuing a career both in writing and within the theater community.

My current hobbies include playing video games with Marco, spending time outside with my three dogs, and of course writing. I love pizza, Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, and chai lattes. I am absolutely obsessed with YA novels and Disney movies, and I wholeheartedly believe in personal growth and change.
